Meet Dani O

Dani, our talented chef and baker, has honed her skills with 15 years of professional experience. She attended the Culinary Institute of America in Napa and has worked in various kitchens, learning alongside top chefs in the Bay Area. Dani’s strength lies in understanding the science of quality ingredients and she is an expert at developing recipes with added nutritional value while maintaining flavor, not an easy task.

She is a mom and her strong drive is rooted in wanting the best for her daughter Brooklyn. Her passion for healthy but delicious foods is motivated by wanting that in her own life and wanting to provide these items for others to enjoy as well.
